1. Who we are
Nkosuo is operated by Nkosuo Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ghana. We publish market data, context, and educational content. We are a technology and publishing company.
2. What we are not
Nkosuo is not a licensed investment adviser, broker-dealer, or fund manager under the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929). Nothing on this website or any Nkosuo app is a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security.
3. Information only
All content — market data, prices, dividends, charts, alerts, lessons, and editorial commentary — is provided for information and education only. You remain solely responsible for your own investment decisions. If you need investment advice, consult a SEC-licensed investment adviser.
4. Data accuracy
We work hard to source and reconcile every datapoint we show. Market data on Nkosuo is typically end-of-day unless clearly labeled otherwise. Despite our controls, data can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. See our corrections ledger and sources for details.
5. Privacy
We collect only what we need to run the service. Your portfolio entries are stored privately in your browser by default. We never sell your email or your portfolio data. Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) governs how we process personal data; we intend to register with the Data Protection Commission before moving beyond closed beta and will publish the registration number on the privacy policy page once available.
6. Third-party sources
Numbers on Nkosuo are credited to their primary source (e.g. Ghana Stock Exchange, Bank of Ghana, individual fund managers). Trademarks and brand names remain the property of their owners and are used for identification only.

We will update this page as the product evolves — and we will link every material change from our weekly digest so you never miss it.
