1. Who we are
Nkosuo is operated by Nkosuo Technologies Ltd, a company registered in Ghana. We publish market data, context, and educational content. We are a technology and publishing company.
2. What Nkosuo is, and is not
Nkosuo is an investment intelligence and education platform. It is not:
- a broker or broker-dealer,
- a fund manager,
- a licensed investment adviser under Ghana's Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929),
- a trading signal provider,
- a guaranteed-return platform,
- a payment institution, and
- a tax or legal adviser.
Nkosuo does not provide investment advice, brokerage services, securities dealing, fund management, or guaranteed-return products. The platform provides educational market data, analytics, and tools. Users are responsible for their own financial decisions.
3. Information only
Market data, prices, dividends, charts, alerts, lessons, editorial commentary, and AI-generated explanations are provided for information and education only. Nothing on Nkosuo is a solicitation or recommendation to buy or sell any security, product, or instrument. You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Nkosuo to market guaranteed-return products, offer brokerage services, or solicit investments.
- Do not scrape the site at rates designed to circumvent rate limits.
- Do not redistribute licensed market data beyond what your personal use permits.
- Do not attempt to circumvent our authentication or abuse user data.
5. Data accuracy
Despite our controls, data can be delayed, incomplete, or occasionally incorrect. See our data sources and corrections ledger. Every user-facing metric carries a freshness label and links to our methodology.
6. Third-party content
We aggregate news from Ghanaian publishers via RSS, pull market data from listed sources (World Bank, Bank of Ghana, ICE, LBMA, Yahoo Finance), and optionally embed TradingView widgets for globally listed instruments. We do not endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Nkosuo Technologies Ltd is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of the platform. You assume all risk in using Nkosuo for any financial decision.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Accra.
